1 应用范围

  该电涌保护器主要应用于PDB板载交 直流电源系统瞬时过电压的电涌保护



(注意：红色款尺寸和白色款尺寸稍有不同，具体尺寸以实物为准)

2  简述

  该电涌保护器是专用于PCB板焊接式电涌保护器，根据防护通流容量大小，可采用多片并联使用，模块内部设有失效安全脱扣装置，同时具有失效报警引脚（干接点结构），且产品具备劣化显示窗口。

  该电涌保护器采用 PCB 焊接安装，PCB 板钻孔如上图（PCB 钻孔图）所示：焊接：产品可使用手工焊接或使用波峰焊焊接：手工焊接时建议使用恒温烙铁，温度设置400℃±5℃,焊接时间 1~3 秒，焊锡丝建议使用常温焊锡丝；推荐的波峰焊接曲线：预热温度 1 区：115±5℃；2 区：155±5℃；峰值温度 265±5℃；链速：1.15~1.25m/min;具体要根据线路板的不同进行调整。

  该电涌保护器内部安全脱扣采用了 140℃低温焊锡，焊接请注意控制温度，防止出现脱扣失效；多片并联使用时，PCB 防护线路铜皮宽度要满足通流容量的要求；电源线与告警线路爬电距离要满足相关安规要求。
